Tasting notes:
Colour: Ruby red colour with purple hues.
Nose: Intense, sweet and fresh notes of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red berries.
Taste: Fine taste, complex and good acidity, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. It has sour cherries and smoky notes, licorice and oak.
Grapes: Tempranillo and Mazuelo.
Ageing: Matured for 14 months in American oak barrels.
Pairings: Appetizers, canapes, roasted red meats, foie gras grilled, stews, pastas, vegetables and blue cheese.
